When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. cekap 33 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by a member.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Cekap 33 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other channel.

• Report any suspicious activity to our customer support immediately

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

7.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system
• Cekap 33 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet in the event of a technical error or odds that were published unintentionally
• Bets placed on matches that have already started (except for in-play markets) may be voided
• Cekap 33 reserves the right to limit the bet size of any member without providing a reason

• Use of automated software (bots) or unauthorised tools

• Member found to be under 21 years of age

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cekap 33 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use our platform
• Any technical disruption, system failure, or connectivity issue
• Unfavourable betting or gaming outcomes
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence
• Any act or omission by a third party

Cekap 33's maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the date the liability claim arises.

Cekap 33 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency or to meet urgent legal requirements.

Continued use of the platform Cekap 33 after the amendment's effective date signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the cekap 33 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to settle it through arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

The latest version of these Terms & Conditions takes effect from 1 January 2026. This document supersedes all previously published versions.
